About

No elaborate introduction here, this site is about a cat. It’s been a few years in the process to get this going. She keeps me quite busy.

While rather far-fetched, the intent was to create a profile about her in the event something happened to me. And I suppose now that I write this, I have secured my fate somehow. Well, no. Well, one never knows.

She goes by many names, but most often some form of The Missy Miss Miss.

She was a rescued kitten. The backstory was that she and her mother were found by a house sitter in or around Salem, Oregon in December 2015. They were brought to the rescue, and soon separated. At roughly eight weeks, The Little Missy went into a foster home – never to see her mother again.

After a few months of foster care, she was adopted, then subsequently returned six months later – they were “moving to an apartment that does not allow pets.”

While this was happening, my previous cat (“Mr. Kitty” to the world) was terminally ill. He passed away September 30, 2016… And on November 21, a little white kitty jumped onto my lap and loudly purred in her carrier all the way to her new home.

That was five years ago this month. And here is where I begin to try and explain the rest.
